Making Room for New Vocations

Heart of Jesus, to love Thee and make Thee loved!

Thanks to God, many young ladies with a vocation continue to knock at our doors, and most of them are Americans.

Just to give you an example, last year we had ten American pre-postulants here with us in Phoenix. They lived with us for the entire year, received the beginnings of their religious formation, and also learned Italian quite well. In June, we accompanied them to the novitiate in Italy, where they will spend the next years first as postulants and then as novices.

Exactly one year ago today, we welcomed those ten young women as pre-postulants. And today, we welcome our next group—twelve young ladies who will begin the same journey of formation. But the novitiate in Italy is already full and almost overflowing.

After this beautiful piece of land was so generously donated to us, we must now build a place where we can welcome these young women and provide them with the religious formation they need—souls sent by Our Lord to work in His vineyard.

Thanks to Rev. Fr. Robinson and Mr. Eddy, we have found an architect, Mr. Steven Baker, who is now working on the first draft of the plans. These plans will need to be reviewed and revised several times before we are able to determine a final cost for this great project.

That is why we ask for your spiritual and material help, so that we may take this first important step and work toward the final plans and renderings before beginning the actual construction of the novitiate.

We assure you of our prayers for all your intentions, trusting that Our Lord will repay your generosity with special graces for your souls.
